Brief Answer:
Hello. A cystoscopy is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.
I have gone through the details.

It's a serious condition and you'd require further evaluation for the cause. This will include cystoscopy, which is the examination of urinary bladder by an endoscope. An ultrasonogram of the lower abdomen is also required.

Please drink plenty of fluids to help to flush out the clots.

Thanks and regards
