Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Blood in the meatus(tip of your penis) needs detailed evaluation, especially in your age group. It could be an early sign of some serious diseases.
Most often it is due to some renal/urethral stones which causes minor injuries in your urinary system and cause small bleeding manifestations, Rarely it can be an early sign serious diseases like bladder cancer.
As of now consult a good urologist and get evaluated. As a first line investigation, you have to undergo imaging like ultrasound scan or CT scan. We can detect renal calculi and enlarged prostate in ultrasound. If the urologist finds something suspicious, you might require cystocopy or biopsy.
As of now drink plenty of water, which keeps you hydrated and dissolve minor stones.
Wishing you good health.
Regards
Dr Shinas Hussain
