Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoids recurrence can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Hemorrhoidectomy is a surgery which removes external sign of some bowels problem. In simple words, the effect is removed, but the source is left. This creates a possibility for hemorrhoids to reappear. Especially if you havent changed your lifestyle, diet or you are just prone to have hemorrhoids without any particular reason.
So your bleeding can be a symptom of hemorrhoids recurrence. However hemorrhoids give blood on the surface of the stool. Loose bowel movement is not characteristic for this condition.
If the blood is rather mixed with the stool which is loose, bacterial infection, large intestine polyp, inflammatory bowels disease can be the reason of such symptom. You may have nausea and abdominal bloating/pain with this issues.

I suggest you to consult your doctor. Stool test, stool culture test, blood work should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be considered.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
