Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Blood in semen can be caused by various causes ranging from innocuous reasons like injury to testis or rigorous sexual activity or benign enlargement of prostate to serious concerns like cancer of prostate etc.
You need to consult a urologist who will examine ou physically and subject or tests like ...
Urine examination and culture
Testing for STD's
PSA testing
Cystoscopy, ultrasound and a possible CT or MRI.
Treatment would depend upon finding the cause.
In around 15-20% cases, cause can not be found as tests fail to reveal any reason, however it is very important for you to consult a urologist  because chances of cancer are very high as the age advances and it should be ruled out as early as possible.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
