Question : Hello. I have had two episodes of small liquid bags brown colour coming out of my semen. One in October second one yeserday. I ask for help on this matter.

You are concerned about finding brown liquid bags in your semen. What you are seeing is a collection of blood. This is very normal and is not indication of any problem. This happens sometimes with excessive ejaculations or after rough sex. Sometimes it can also be associated with prostate infection. If you have no other symptoms then I would be less concerned about any problems. If you have pain on urination, penile discharge or pain in the prostate area then I would recommend seeing your medical provider. You may have a prostate infection and need antibiotics.

3. Possible due to excessive ejaculation or trauma during sex
4. Possible prostate infection

Dear Doctor. Thanks for your answer. I went to an Urologist in my town in october. He medicated Levofloxaxine after having and ecography and a couple of blood testing for 20 days. After then, I felt better and no more blood in semen was found. However, a couple of days ago I started having episodes of these brown liquid bags again, is this a symptom of a repeated infection? Or could be something ordinary? Thanks.

possible reinfection

Prostate infections are notorious for returning. If you are having symptoms like pain or burning then you may need to be treated again. If not then I would not recommend treatment. Te blood in the semen is common and does not always indicate disease.
