Brief Answer:
Urologist to rule out infection, Injury, obstruction, stones

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Injury, infection, urine outflow obstruction, strenuous physical exercise, kidney stone can cause blood in your semen and urine.

I would :
- get a detailed medical, personal and family history
-clinically examine for signs of urine infection, kidney stones, prostate enlargement.
-run blood tests (complete blood count, Esr, prostate specific antigen), urine analysis
-do an ultrasound abdomen to check for stones in the urinary tract, prostate size and urine obstruction.
Based on the results and findings, I could advise you further

The prostate and urinary tract share a common pathway to a certain extent. This makes it necessary to check both systems. You would need to see a urologist (specialist).

Please stay well hydrated, avoid masturbation or intercourse for a 4-5 days. I recommend that you see a doctor to check for the above.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
