What Causes Blood In Semen?
Question: I was having protected sex with my wife and when I came I felt this pop and I noticed blood in the condum with my sperm. I did bleed for a few seconds and then it stopped. this never happened before.

1) Was a intercourse in woman on top position ?
2) Did erected penis slipped out during intercourse ?
3) Was there swelling or bruising of the penis ?
Normally bleeding from penis results from injury to either frenulum or minor tear in Tunica Albugenia a sheath that envelops erectile tissue (Corpora Cavernosa ).
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get ultrasound scanning of the penis done to rule out any injury to Tunica Albugenia .
In the mean while take antibiotics like Augmentin and anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .
Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it gets cured completely .
