Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for your query , based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Hematospermia since long time and all the basic tests done so far has not revealed or conclusive to detect source of bleeding .
In view of bleeding occurring more after Digital Rectal Examination and without any other symptom related to prostate pathology, I suspect this bleeding from the abnormality in vascular architecture of prostate .
Since you have repeatedly done almost all tests thrice, I would suggest you to consult qualified Vascular Surgeon or Intervention Radiologist to study the details of vascular anatomy of your prostate .
Please discuss this with your Urologist during your next visit .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .
I would tr to explain the rationale behind suggesting this test.
Every organ is supplied by a pure arterial blood by branch of artery from arterial tree . At the same time venous blood (impure blood) from the organ is carried away towards heart by a vessels called vein . Every organ has this normal pattern of blood circulation which is called as vascular architecture.
In certain circumstances , if there is abnormality in this architecture that leads to unexplained bleeding from that organ which is detected by Radiological test called Selective Arteriography (Angiography) where Radio Opaque XXXXXXX is injected selectively into artery supplying arterial blood to that particular organ .
This test is usually carried out by Interventional Radiologist under the guidance of Vascular surgeon or Cardiologist .
This test is rarely performed but it is very important and definitive and confirmative test to explain the source of bleeding when all the basic and common tests fail to explain the cause and source of bleeding .
Thanks and Regards.
