Question: I am a male 75+ and I have blood in my semon. I recently had a kidney stone that i passed.

If this is a one time observation, it could be related to blood from iinjuries caused by kidney stones. I will suggest that you monitor again and report if it happens over and over. If it doesn't and there are no other symptoms, I will suggest that you stay calm and don't get worried any further.
