Brief Answer:
One episode with no other symptoms can be considered normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Blood is semen(Hematospermia) doesn't always indicate a major medical problem. In most persons it is self limited (it stops with no intervention).

If you see blood in semen repeatedly or have other symptoms like painful urination detailed evaluation may be needed.
Possible causes for repeated history of blood stained semen are:-
1. Trauma, like external injury or forceful masturbation.
2. infection of some aspect of the genital tract--- prostate, urethra , epididymitis.
3. Urinary calculi(renal stones)
4. prostate cancer.
5. high blood pressure
6. Bleeding disorders.
7. Previous intervention like cystoscopy or prostate/hernia surgery.

If you have repeated attacks of similar symptom, consult a urologist and get evaluated. You may require basic blood and urine investigation to rule out infections. Do a PSA(prostate specific antigen) and ultrasound to rule out prostate related conditions.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep your self hydrated.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
