What Causes Blood In Stool Along With Sharp Pain In Abdomen?

Question: last night a sudden sharp pain in my belly - spent 3 hours on toilet - some blood coming out with all my stuff - gas - unable to eat 30 hours - white tongue - very tired - pain in my belly is now permanent but dull - any ideas Thanks! XXXXXXX

it looks like my belly is now almost empty but pain remans

several years ago I had colonoscopy and some polyps were found & removed

You would require antibiotics.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
It seems you have developed bacterial dysentry.
Since you had history if polyps removed you should see a doctor and get examined.
You will require to take Antibiotics like Metronidazole and Proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole.
Drink plenty of water. Buy ORS and drink it as much as possible.
