What Causes Blood In Stool In A Person With Fatty Liver?

You need to get Colonoscopy done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
First regarding bleeding in stools , it could be due to piles or infection in gut or some ulcers or mass in the gut. You need to get a per rectal examination by a doctor and if its normal then you need to get colonoscopy scan done.
Regarding your weakness it could be due to Anemia, Vitamin deficiency , liver problems , kidney problems or some hormonal imbalances. In that regard i advice you to get the following tests done and revert back.
Complete Hemogram, Vitamin B12 levels and Vitamin D3 levels , FBS, PPBS, Serum TSH .
As of Stone problem what stone you are talking about. Is it kidney stone or Gall stone ?
Kindly revert back with details asked and blood reports.
Regards.
