Sorry I misunderstood it as anal bleeding.
If it was from Penis needs to be evaluated with urine routine culture and ultrasound of kidneys bladder and prostate. Also drink lots of water if no restrictions advice by any doctor earlier.
As per investigation need to be treated accordingly.
