What Causes Blood In Stools?

Question: Hello - Just had a morning movement and noticed a very little amount of blood when wiping. When expecting the total movement I noticed it was only at the end of the stool only and no where else. The stool was very soft and not hard to evacuate. This is the first time anything like this has happen.
Had a colonoscopy when I was 50 years that was clear. It was suggested
I have it done again when I turned 60.
I have enjoyed excellent health. No issues at all.

Brief Answer:
could be early haemorrhoids
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic .
Fresh Bleeding at the end of passing stools generally and in your case may be probably due to early haemorrhoids. I would suggest you to consult your surgeon/doctor and get examined by proctoscope to diagnose haemorrhoids and for further treatment.
If it doesn't turn out to be haemorrhoids then you may be suggested to go for colonoscopy again. Also get your blood haemoglobin done.
Hope I have answered your query. If any further queries are there I would love to help.
