What Causes Blood In Urine And Pain During Urination?

Painful Hematuria Needs work up, likely stone or infection
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. painful hematuria is always worth assessing So no dont wait and get evaluated. it mostly turns up to be renal stone. UTI is second most common probability.
Treatment will purely depends on underlying condition. This might include, for instance, taking antibiotics to clear a urinary tract infection, trying a prescription medication to shrink an enlarged prostate ( unlikely at your age to almost impossible ), or shock wave therapy to break up bladder or kidney stones.
So go to the doctor. get your urine sample analysed and if need be an abdominal ultrasound to sort out any calculus / stone and then treat accordingly.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
