Thanks for query .Based on the facts that you had cancer of prostate and was treated accordingly with radiation and hormone therapy.
The blood in urine (hematuria ) that you have now is mostly due to side effect of Warfarin .
I would suggest you to consult your Cardiologist to explore his opinion and advice to withheld Warfarin for couple of days and observe for improvement in symptoms .
In view of raising PSA you need to consult medical oncologist and your Urologist to modify treatment .
