What Causes Blood In Urine, Rash Around Nose And Itchy Skin?

Possible urinary tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Looking at the clinical symptoms, I can think in relation to your age primarily possible urinary tract infection.
Most often diarrhea and vomiting is associated with arsenic poisoning. However, all the other symptoms can be seen in both arsenic poisoning or urinary tract infections along with old age.
The infection could cause stomach pain and weakness.
Get a urine microscopy. It will confirm urinary tract infection.
If you have dizziness, confusion, along with diarrhea or vomiting, get a serum or urinary arsenic level evaluated. However, if you are a seafood eater, higher levels are necessary for confirmation.
If there are any other symptoms, do let me know.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Not balder infection been checked for that also had CT and bladder scope suddenly started and suddenly stopped have not gone back to Dr for the other things I have had.
Possible anemia with nutritional deficiency.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.
Good to know that you had a CT and a bladder scope previously. I was worried about any stone or tumor, if infection were to be ruled out.
It appears to be not arsenic poisoning. If it was, you would have continuous blood in urine. However, if you have a strong suspicion, you can get the tests done (serum or urine arsenic).
Check for hemoglobin levels. Some of the symptoms can be attributed to it. Loss of blood in urine, and abnormal absorption could lead to anemia, which has led to dizziness. Vit B12 deficiency could be the cause with leg pains. Associated potassium deficiency leading to cramps could also be present.
These are all common at this age. Selective eating and mal-absorption lead to these symptoms.
You can follow the following:
1. Get well hydrated, dehydration can cause cramps, dizziness.
2. B-complex supplements
3. Potassium rich diet like banana, sweet potato, avocada, fish, nuts, beans etc can be taken.
If you have blood in urine, important test necessary is urine microscopy. Whether it is hemoglobinuria (outside kidney cause) or hematuria (renal cause) needs to be evaluated. Based on that, further diagnosis can be done.
Watch your diet and water your drink, if you are strongly suspecting arsenic poisoning. Avoid sea foods specifically and ground water, if you can.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
