Brief Answer:
He should be clinically examined and investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post it seems that your husband is having hematuria which means blood in urine. It needs urgent medical attention.

I would advise that he should be clinically examined and investigated, preferably by a Urologist.

Following investigations will be helpful ;-
1. Complete Blood Count(CBC).
2. Kidney Function Test(KFT).
3. Urine examination(Routine/Microscopic and Culture/Sensitivity).
4. Ultrasound of KUB region or a CT scan of abdomen.
5. X-ray KUB region.

Medical management can be planned according to the reports of the investigations.

I hope this is helpful to you.
If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. thanks.
