What Causes Blood In Urine?
Question: My daughter XXXXXXX age 5 years 16.4KG, 108CM height, We noticed dark urine mostly morning at first urine.
We have check it with Paediatrician, Doctor requested urine test and confirm the blood in urine is high, Paediatrician give XXXXXXX a medicine for one week and then redo the urine test still the blood is there, Paediatrician advised us to check with Urinary Tract Doctor, Doctor repeated the urine test and confirm blood in urine after that Urinary Tract Doctor made ultra sound for urine and tract scan with kidney, Thank God every test or scan we do they confirm nothing wrong but could not figure out the reason of the blood.
going back to Paediatrician do blood test and again urine test and other. every thing is fine, Except there is a blood in urine.
Please check all attached results. XXXXXXX is fine no temperature or pain, Eat play and go to school.
What could be the reason of the blood?
What we should we do about it?

Brief Answer:
Kidney biopsy might be necessary.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
As all mentioned tests are quite fine (apart from RBC in urine), your next step is Neprologist consult (not Urologist) and consider kidney biopsy. Please note that diseases called glomerulonephritis can give no symptoms at all and blood in urine can be the only sign of it. As there is lots of Glomerulonephritis types and every is different, its hard to give an exact diagnosis here.
That is why please consult nephrologist.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
