I am sorry your are having some bleeding with urination. There are many causes for blood in the urine, some of them benign causes including infections, stones, problems with the prostate and strenuous activity, but blood in the urine of a man must always be evaluated.

In the US, we have after-hours walk in clinics called urgent care clinics, and I would advise you to go to something comparable in the UK. Along with an exam, the doctor will request a urine specimen and check it with a dip urinalysis stick which can be done right away while you are in the office. Depending on what the dip urinalysis shows, the doctor will likely order further testing such as imaging tests to see what is going on, and possibly send the urine specimen for culture.

So please go ahead and get the evaluation started to get this sorted out.
