Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have passed blod in urine (Hematuria)
I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there pain associated with hematuria?
2) Do you have other urinary symptoms like frequency for urination ,urgency,burning ,fever etc suggestive of UTI?
3) Are you taking any drugs for other illness ?
The cause of hematuria at this age coukd be due to
1) UTI
2) Mass in either kidney ,or bladder
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy)
4) Blood coagulation profile study.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
