Question: Male urinating with all red (blood) fluid. What are the possible causes?

Hello Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Blood in urine ( Hematuria).

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem
1) Do you have any other urinary symptoms like Frequency for urination ,Urgency ,Nocturnal frequency,poor stream etc ?
2) Are you taking any drugs like Aspirin?

There are three main causes of blood in urine at this age
1) Enlargement of Prostate
2) Cancer of the prostate
3) Tumor in bladder or Kidneys .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) C.T Scan of abdomen
5) Endoscopic Examination of Bladder (Cystoscopy)

Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Am taking Losartan, Metformin & Gabapentin (For nerve damage pain) 80 mg of aspirin. Last three weeks have been taking colostrum, lion's XXXXXXX mushroom and velvet antler to try to heal nerve damage in hands and feet.

Stop taking Aspirin for couple of days and observe for any improvement in hematuria .

However hematuria at this age has to be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly as suggested in my reply earlier .
