What Causes Blood In Urine?
Question: I am a healthy male age 69. Had some blood visible in my urine two days ago. No pain and regular urine flow. Things seem to have returned to normal now. Never had this happen before.
I took some Advil to control any inflammation present and am drinking plenty of fresh water to clean it up.
Prostate health is good and normal urine flow is good for a man of my age.
Causes ??

Brief Answer:
Supportive care
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
i read question and i understand your concern. One time blood in urine self resolved with no active complaint at age of 69 with no co morbidity and discomfort was likely benign and due to some urinary tract inflammation or infection like urethritis or prostatitis.
The good thing is its resolved so you need no management now except for continuin adequate fluids intake and staying compliant to your meds. If the issue recurs you will need some baseline workup tp find the cause. so far so good for now.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
