Question: My wife has blood in her urine. What Causes this and what should I do.

The most likely cause of blood in urine is urinary tract infection. You need to get her urine tested for routine microscopy and culture. Based on the findings (looking for elevated pus cell count) antibiotic course like medicines like ofloxacin might need to be given. She also needs to drink plenty of water.
