Thanks for your quick follow up response
As per your reply is concerned you require an urgent appointment with an UROLOGIST for a thorough clinical examination in your area and he will do [Cytoscopy] and Digital rectal examination[DRE] to ruled out bladder, urethra and prostate ailments. If any abnormality is detected sample will be accumulated for histo-pathological examinations. You may be advised a test known as prostate specific antigen[PSA] and an ultrasound examination of your lower abdomen.
Hope this will be sufficient for an exact diagnosis.
