Brief Answer:
Antiallergic medicines and life style changes may be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of a common clinical condition called "allergic rhinitis" also called hay fever. It is characterized by sneezing, runny nose, and nasal blocks.
Bloody discharge from your nose most probably due to repeated sneezing and clearing of your nose. However it is better to do an ENT examination to rule out conditions like nasal polyps and DNS(Deviated nasal septum) which also present with similar symptoms.
Allergic rhinitis is difficult to cure, You can control the symptoms with drugs and life style changes.
You can try the following under the evaluation of a physician on a step wise manner.
(1)- Antihistamines like levocetrezine or loratidine can be tried for symptomatic relief. It is better to avoid older antihistamines due to side effects like sedation. A combination of levocetrezine and monteleukast is the routinely prescribed drug and is highly effective.
(2)- Nasal decongestants like xylometazoline can be used in case of blocked nostrils.
(3)- Intranasal corticosteroid sprays can be used in severe cases.
(4)- Newer techniques like immunotherapy can be used in resistant cases.
Avoidance of exposure of offending allergen is the most effective way of preventing exacerbation.
You can also follow the preventive measures to avoid symptoms:-
(1)- Avoid smoke and dust. Keep away from pets'
(2)- Quit smoking and avoid second hand smoke.
(3)- Humidify your household by an indoor humidifier.
(4)- Try not to rub your eyes; doing so will irritate them and could make your symptoms worse.
(5)- Do steam inhalation frequently to open up your sinuses.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
