Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.

To guide you better, can you please give me the following details?
First,please mention your age(Here,you mentioned male/31;but hysteroscopy?)
1)What was that fever caused by?Was it a respiratory infection(fever, cough, cold) or urine infection(fever, abdominal pain, nausea, dysurea) or just a viral fever?Your doctor might have told you.
2)When was the bloody sputum?before/during/after fever?Any such incidents in the past?
3)Was there enough fresh blood in sputum?Or just a blood streaking only?
4)Are you a smoker?
5)Had you tuberculosis in the past?
6)Any other symptoms like poor apatite/weight loss/chest pain? If,for how long?
7)Why was there a hysteroscopy?
8)With the present abdominal pain, have you any other complaints like nause/urine disturbances/bowel disturbances? Also, when was your last mensus?

Take care,Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Need not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
So I can take negative answer for the rest of my questions.
Mild blood staining of sputum is common for few days with respiratory tract infection. For such cases,I usually give an anti-histaminic and cough suppressant for 5-7 days-it will be cleared in toto.

The lower abdominal pain,as you are having tiredness also,we have to rule out urinary/gynecological infection(especially because you had a hysteroscopy recently).A urine routine examination/culture and gynecological examination will sort out this.Once these are ruled out,we can manage with simple analgesics for a few days.Otherwise,it will need antibiotics too.Your doctor will guide you.
Meanwhile, take some rest, have a healthy light diet with enough green leafy veges and fruits, and drink enough fluids.
Hope I have cleared your doubt. If you have no further questions, you can close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wishing you a faster and complete recovery,Thank you.
