Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
The vision improvement after cataract surgery takes about 3-4 weeks.
After 4weeks you can undergo cataract surgery for second eye.
Since cataract surgery is an elective procedure you can wait till 4 weeks before planning for surgery to other eye.
Hope this information is helpful to you. Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
