What Causes Blurred Vision, Excessive Sweating, Blocked Nose And Lethargy?

Question: I was working in my yard and started feeling odd. My vision got blurred and I started feeling a bit light headed. I was sweating a lot and my nose got congested, probably from my allergies. I sat down and put my head between my knees and then the only things I could think to do were to drink a glass of water and take a cold shower. I feel (and can see) fine now, only slightly lethargic. Was this heat exhaustion?
Brief Answer:
Sounds like allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal.
I think it is possible that what you had was a acute allergic reaction.
The fact that you felt better immediately after bath suggest that possibility.
And yes could have been heat exhaustion also.
I think the initiation of anti allergic medicine should be seriously considered. Take plenty of fluids.
Best of luck. Dr Mittal.
