Brief Answer:
left eye cataract surgery done.antibiotic and steroid drop are indication.

Detailed Answer:
Cataract surgery is followed by antibiotic drop along with steroid drop.Generally ofloxacin 0.3% eye drop is recomanded. Artificial tear drop can be added. Post operatively his vision in operated eye should have been recorded and fundus examination should have been done .To observe vetrious clarity type of surgery has not been reflected. IOL it is presumed must have been given.Should I take it that phacoemulsification has been done? That means intracapsular operation has been done.Acuity of vision postoperatively record is very important. Operation done in small hole. Still healing of injury is to be observed. What is visual status of other eye whether operated or not.IOL have cataract small number and computer letter means he requeres presbyopic correction. whether the problem is with operated eye or binocular defect. refraction for both eye to be done and error detected should be corrected. For visual acuity each eye to be tested separately.
