It seems from the history that you are having blurred vision with semi liquid coming from the eyes associated with irritation of eyes and headaches.

The first thing to be considered is chronic inflammatory conditions of the eye like chronic dacryocystitis. Because of obstruction to the flow of tears from eye there will be semi liquid like mucoid discharge from the eye. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and anti-inflammatory drugs.
The blurred vision can be because of squint and minor cataract and the associated refractive error can be responsible for headache.
Hence as of now you can start using antibiotic eye drops and do consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis. The definitive treatment for chronic dacryocystitis is to re-establish the flow of tears by corrective surgery.

The other things that can be considered as differential diagnosis are chronic conjunctivitis and allergic conjunctivitis. These are treated by antibiotics eye drops and anti-allergic eye drops.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
