Brief Answer:
You have to wait for 3-4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having blurring of vision in left eye following I LASIK.
Since it is only 2 days since you have undergone LASIK, this is too early to say that whether the correction for left eye is done accurately or not.
The blurring of vision in the initial period following LASIK can be because of corneal haze, dry eyes induced by the LASIK surgery. Most of these problems will resolve by 3-4 weeks.

Hence I advice you to wait for at least 3-4 weeks for stabilization of vision. In the mean time you need to consult your ophthalmologist as advised and continue the eye drops.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you

Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

No need to worry as most of the times healing problems, corneal haze will lead to blurring of vision in the early post operative period following Lasik. Most of them will resolve over 3-4 weeks.

Hence no need to worry and you can wait before deciding any thing.

Thank you for writing to Health care magic.

Brief Answer:
Vision will improve by 3-4 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.

It is rare possibility that the vision does not improves even after 3-4 weeks after lasik surgery. The only cause will be induced astigmatism or refractive error by the surgery. This will not occur with the modern lasik machines. Hence no need to worry about this. Even if this occurs it can be corrected by repeat lasik surgery.

In my opinion this is because of dryness of the eyes and it will and it should improve by 3-4 weeks. Hence I advice you not to worry.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
