Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic
I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.
I reviewed your history.
Losar H is antihypertensive drug and it is used for treatment of high blood pressure.
Losar H is a sad drug with minimal side effects. The common side effects noted are light-headedness and dizziness.
The treatment has to be continued for probably life time with regular monitoring and change of drugs or dosage if required.
I am not able to see any attachment with the question, hence I request you to attach the report and if you have any problem please do consult our customer care team.
Once I see the report I will get back to you with technical description.

The report shows retinal vein occlusion in left eye.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the follow up question.
I reviewed the report attached with the question.
The report shows retinal vein occlusion in left eye probably secondary to raised blood pressure in left eye.
The next mode of treatment is treatment of blood pressure. The treatment by Losar H is in right direction and your dad need to continue it.
Vein occlusion occurs because of stagnation of blood flow in retinal vein and common predisposing cause is hypertension.
The treatment of the eye requires evaluation by tests like fundus photography, ocular coherence tomography and regular follow up. Most of the times this will resolve in mild cases. In severe cases treatment by laser or injections is required.
Hence I advice your dad should continue treatment for hypertension and attend regular follow up with eye doctor.
Hope this answers your question.
