What Causes Blurry Vision Along With Nausea?

Question: Hello doctor,
Today I was at work and then all of a sudden I had blurry vision and then my peripheral vision was lost. It went away then it became a very bad headache I had nausea as well but he headache was intense. Can this be a migraine? I took two excedrin pills and it helped me. What should I do? What if the headache comes back? Please help thanks
I also have H pylori and mild gastritis in which the doctor will give me antibiotics next week

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic
I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an Ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
The symptoms you have mentioned in the history indicate migraine headache.
I would like to treat this by the use of analgesic and pain killer drugs.
If the symptoms recur then prophylactic drugs which prevent the recurrent episodes like flunarizine or propranolol are required.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for prescription of drugs after confirmation of diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.
Thank you
