Good evening
Thanks for your reply
Well, it is always tough to say detail things without examination, but we need to rule out any other form of arthritis, something like a connective tissue disease.
Can you check if your ANA was done...?? Along with ESR, CRP...
these are the markers to check if there are other causes of the joint pains and fatigue. If these are negative, then I would suggest you read up on a disease called Fibromyalgia and see if your symptoms match it.
DO let me know these results and further queries

Brief Answer:
Treatment
Detailed Answer:
Good evening
Sorry for the late reply.. Had a long duty
WEll, for the medicines I wouldnt recommend strong pain killer...
You can try with Either Duloxetine or AMitryptilline or Pregalin. You will need a prescription from your GP for it as online one wont be accepted for these drugs.
2 For pain Ultracet or paracetamol 650 mg would suffice.
3. Also, do start with some yoga and meditation and make sure you get good sleeping hours. If you have any daily stressors, talk to a psycologist and figure a way out to cope up with it. Also include a hobby in your daily routine. As medicines do reach a saturation after a while, so you need some lifestyle changes as well for better outcomes, so when we remove the medicines you wont face the same problem again
Hope the information was useful
