Question: I have been suffering with episodes of all over body pain that is continually getting worse. I am now noticing I get flu like symptoms just before the episodes that include fever, dizziness and sometimes I will even blackout for a second or two. I have extreme fatigue and am finding it difficult to just get through the day.

I don't believe I have anemia at the moment, I haven't had my thyroid checked in quite some time but I know thyroid issues run in my family, I do not have diabetes, I suffer from headache frequently, my sleep is very restless and my feet and legs do swell

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
There is definitely a component of anxiety in your case.
I advise following in such situations:
1. To take anti anxiety drugs like Etizolam.
2. To get hemogram, thyroid function tests, Kidney and liver function tests done.
3. To get Calcium and Vitamin D3 levels.

Its important to get thyroid profile done because you have a family history and also you have swelling in legs with generalized weakness.
These symptoms are suggestive of Hypothyroidism.
Get investigated and review with the reports.
If you have any further query please ask me.
