What Causes Body Pain?

Question: Hi Doctor,

My wife often complains of body pain , especially in the calves and knees. On days of long working hours for her it becomes more accentuated.
What could be possible causes ?

Other details
Daily commuting - over a 2 wheeler for 30-40 mins one way.
Dietary preference - strictly vegetarian
No medical history of fractures/broken bones in the leg

Hi,

The symptoms explained are mainly nutritional insufficiency for the job she does.

I think she should be supplemented with Vit B12, Calcium and Vit D3. Also it is important to test for Iron stores and supplement with it as well.

I suggest you to get the tests done and meet a local doctor for the supplementation
