It is too early to tell about your problem. Neither HIV nor STD will not manifest within hours after the exposure. HIV manifestation can manifest earliest symptoms around 4-6 weeks after the possible infection. STDs can manifest as early as 2-3 days.
Fever, head ache,tiredness and thirsty are all due to an ordinary viral fever, that anybody can have. That too, it could be very much possible with a close intimacy during sex with another individual.
The pimple near your balls could be due to Genital Herpes following an oral coitus. Nothing serious and not to worry. Get examined by your physician and get well soon.

The pimple is in round shape and not painfull.. Round in shape too.. I get pimples all over my body when its too hot.. Should i check my blood for std?

Pimple may be an ordinary furuncle containing pus or a cyst.
The risk for HIV/STD is very low with oral sex. But there is nothing wrong to have tests for HIV/STD to rule out the remote possibilities even if there is no symptoms and got relieved from unnecessary mental tension.
