Question: I ache all over my body almost every joint upset stomach through up last night headache off and on sense Wednesday feels like my head is in a cloud foggy had to stay home Friday and Saturday from work and I don't feel I'm getting better

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

According to your symptoms, they seem flu related, especially if you experienced fever too.

There is a small possibility that your condition is related to arm boil wound, if the infection is spreading on the skin. ( red, warm, tense skin).

In my opinion, you should discuss with your primary care Doctor these issues ( especially if any changes in the arm infection) and possible treatment.

In both cases good fluid intake, Paracetamol, should improve your symptoms.
