Brief Answer:
You should get examined by a Doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX
It could be pain due to pressure on your tummy or could be something inside your abdomen. You should see a Doctor or your GP who can examine you and guide you as to whether any investigations like Ultrasound abdomen or Chest Xray are required or not.
Sometimes organ enlargement can lead to pain but then there should be other symptoms of the same.
It might not be anything but it is safer to get it checked by a Doctor.
Do not worry and do let us know if there are any associated symptoms that you might be experiencing like nausea, vomiting, bowel upset, etc.
Take care,
