Brief Answer:
Guinea worm infestation suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The symptoms that you have mentioned suggest infection with guinea worm.
Guinea worm is a worm present in water collections like wells.
These worm enter the body by piercing the skin and enter the subcutaneous tissue.
These worms cause inflammation, redness and erythema at the site of entry.
They often come out of the wound and can be seen by naked eyes.
The worms can be pulled out from the wound by winding aroud a stick.
However, you need to consult your doctor for clinical examination and confirm the diagnosis.
Management will follow the investigations and diagnosis.

If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.
