What Causes Bouts Of Fatigue After Taking Advil?

Question: I am having bouts of fatigue after taking Advil for sinus headaches. I am also taking Irbesaarten, and Metropolol along with 325 Mg per day of aspirin for high blood pressure and Afib .After a few hours I return back to normal

I understand your concern.Advil and Irbesartan can cause tiredness and fatigue as their side effects.Moreover there is a drug interaction between these two,advil decreasing the effectiveness of Irbesartan.

I would suggest you to stop taking advil and replace it with other group of pain killers like OTC naproxen.But try to take these drugs as less as possible.Please check your heart rate and blood pressure frequently because low blood pressure could also be a reason for your weakness.
