Brief Answer:
No cause for concern if no dehydration

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr XXXXXXX
Every baby is unique and so is their bowel frequency. Its quite common for babies to pass stools after every feeds. Its due to hyperactive gastro-olic reflex. Distension of stomach by feeds, will promote peristaltic activity in colon and causing evacuation of stools.

If there are no signs of dehydration, baby is accepting feeds well, urine output adequate and no redness in anal region then there seems to be no cause for concern.

Continue giving breast milk along with complementary feeding.
