Noted your additional history of bloating and lose stools, getting worse over 6 months and lost 20 lbs in last year, still loosing without trying to.

This is high time to go for the routines, special investigations trying to get to the diagnosis are most important.

I would advise you the following:
Enteroclysis under fluoroscopic control.
CT scan of the abdomen
Colonoscopy
Routine investigations of the blood, urine and stool.
Other investigations if needed after deciding by the Gastroenterologist as per the clinical evaluation and examination.

This will lead to the proper diagnosis at the earliest and gives plan for management.
