Question: would like to understand fully the implication of a CT Brain scan report - " Clinical Indication : dementia, focal intracranial pathology ? There is global cerebral involutional change in keeping with cerebral atrophy. No evidence of lesion or haemorrhage " I am thinking the use of word global indicates the atrophy is not just mild .
