What Causes Breast Tenderness, Nausea And Lower Abdominal Cramps?

Question: Hi,
My partner and I have been trying to conceive our second child for 15 months. I had a regular, on-time period at the beginning of the month then was sure i ovulated. For the past two weeks, i have had extremely sensitive, tender heavy breasts, which have changed in size and colour, ive been having bouts of nausea, cramping in my lower abdomen and very, unusually tired! Im due for my next period in five days and today i had very faint red spots on the toilet paper when i wiped. Could i still be pregnant or just pre menstrual?

Brief Answer:
Pregnancy can be there
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The symptoms like breast tenderness, nausea, tiredness, and cramping in the lower abdomen can be present in both premenstrual period and early pregnancy.
I will suggest you to wait for the periods, if delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
