What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Face?
Question: for over a week now I have been experiencing shortness of breath, and numbness and tingling in my face. I also feel numbness and tingling back of the neck and hands. these symptoms come and go, I am also unable sleep well at times due to shortness of breath. I smoke and drink

As you are a smoker and with breathlessness if you were my patient i would recommend you to do a lung check up as follows :
Chest X Ray
Spirometry with bronchodilatator
Pneumoalergens
Specific IgE
They are very important in detecting your actual lung status.
Than an ECG and a echocardiogram for the heart if the above tests come negative

If the situation gets worse better to get medical help immediately.
