What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Vibrating Sensation In The Body?
I Wonder about an inner vibrations. It is much like the inner vibrating i feel when i am beeing waked up under sleep sometimes. Then my whole body vibrates internally for some seconds.
I have this now when a wake but most in my right leg. Its like the nerves are firing without any pain
Sometimes its a pattern like its pulsating but it is not synkrone to pulse From heartbeat. Bzzzzt Bzzzzt Bzzzzt if you understand.
Can all these symptoms be connected? Also the "shocks" in the head and chest ? I have seen a neuro that chackd reflexes and eyes.cab it be magnesium or some other deficiency?
Also lately driving car gives me uncomfortable. Feels like butterlies in stomach and lower back pluss chest like u get on a rollerxoaster.
Anxiety seems to be the cause.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully as well as some of the other questions you have posted.
Looking at all these symptoms, their distribution, they do not really correspond to any nervous system territory, they do not correspond to any certain brain or spinal cord are, nor to any peripheral nerve.
Usually such symptoms such as inner vibrations, butterflies, jolts, breathing awareness are in the setting of anxiety. They are not tied together by any nervous system part as I explained.
As for the possibility of nutritional deficiencies it may happen, anxiety can be primary (without an identifiable cause) or secondary to electrolyte alterations like magnesium, high thyroid function or vitamin B12 deficiency. So you should have some routine blood tests for those issues and if any abnormality is found it should be addressed.
If no such correctable cause is found then first measure would be relaxation exercises, activities like yoga, psychotherapy. If such measures are not enough antianxiety medication may at times be considered.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
They stop my breathing for a millisecond.
I have friends with MS and they do have similar symptoms. So AS much AS i wish this was anxiety i do not think so.
There is something going on.
I am aware that some of the other stuff and symptoms May show med AS a anxiety filled guy
That is a problem i feel because doctors see that first and blame all this on anxiety
However. It May also be that i actually am sick but no one has figured it out. That would give anyone some anxiety. These jolts are very real.

Detailed Answer:
I know that those jolts are real and bothersome, anxiety can produce serious physical symptoms. Personally I wouldn't be at all surprised anxiety does that however. Anxiety can present any type of symptom, some presentations more common than others and actually this is a common one.
I do not think those episodes constitute a seizure. It seems to me that the neurologist who visited you doesn't think it likely either as you do not mention him ordering any test (EEG, MRI etc). Of course seizures may present in many different ways depending on brain areas involved, so an EEG may be ordered, but it would be a really uncommon presentation for seizures and considered together with the other symptoms I would feel confident that nothing will turn out.
As for MS, even if those episodes were seizures that still wouldn't indicate MS. Seizures are not a common presentation for MS. On the other hand when it comes to your friends with MS, almost half of MS patients have anxiety issues. So since I assume the neurologist on his neurological exam found no other symptom indicating MS I do not really see any reason to be worried about it (fortunately).
Let me know if I can further assist you.
Its really weird and really bothersome.its like everything in my chest shuts down for a second and then jolts back

Detailed Answer:
I understand that it must be confusing being told different things by doctors. I imagine it doesn't help in feeling reassured and only increases your worry.
Of course I can't order MRIs and EEGs myself, but I can say that between the primary physician and the neurologist I am inclined to go with the neurologist in not considering those tests necessary. You mention that he examined you, your reflexes etc, so he has considered the possibility of MS or other brain lesions, didn't dismiss your symptoms without checking and made sure there were no neurological signs indicating brain or spinal cord damage. As a specialist a neurologist is more used and qualified to evaluate about the possibility of brain lesions. So added to the fact that as I said my impression was already that of anxiety as a cause, I tend to agree with him that those tests are not vital and remain of my initial opinion.
Wishing you good health.
Thanx for your explanation, doctor.

A heart rhythm disturbance can explain some symptoms but not all of them. However since you have been wearing a holter monitor it will certainly provide more definitive information on that regard. Hopefully it will turn out fine.
