Brief answer...given below
Detailed answer...
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your problem but feel that your symptoms suggest that you are undergoing some stress and anxiety.
Although these symptoms can be of some heart condition but considering your young age,it looks more of stress.
However ,I would suggest you to consult a doctor ,get examined and rule out any organic disease.
If it is stress, then simple anti anxiety medications and lifestyle changes should be able to help you.
Please do consult a doctor because it is very difficult for any online doctor to know whether your symptoms are physical or otherwise.
In case there is any other query, you are most welcome to revert to me.
Best of luck
Thanks

Thank you Dr. XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX your answers are very comforting, i feel very satisfied with your suggestions. I must also add that i have been to various doctors and all have said the same thing, however i'd like to know if being an anxiety patient could lead to future heart problems?
Hello,
In general such type of anxieties or stress do become all right with proper treatment and it is only on seldom occasions that a person becomes chronically depressed for many many years to come.Chronic depression doesn't necessarily lead to heart complications but it has various other complications like suicidal tendencies, marital break up,social stigma, developing alcohol or drug dependence and abuses etc.
You must not let your anxieties and depression overpower you.
There are various ways of the treatment and this consists ofbcognitive behaviour therapy, lifestyle changes, quitting smoking, alcohol and drugs if any, medications, yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, regular aerobic exercises etc.
Medicines should be used only for some time because they are habit forming and treat only symptoms without going into root cause of the problem.
Consult a psychiatrist and get the required treatment.Along with this do the acerbic exercises, yoga and meditation.
Thanks
