He has laboured breathing, distended and hard abdomen ( not normal) he is in pain, coughing, pale clamy skin, low grade fever, appetite decreased, muscle weakness, constipated. We were cleaning a week ago and found a yellowish powder, we both got dizzy, my speak became slurred like I was drunk, couldnt think straight. Im ok but he is very unwell, what do u think? Could it be sodium cyanide? I looked it up, not sure but worried, Many thanks Thallia
I forgot to mention that both his feet and ankles and calves are extremly swollen, at least 3-4x the normal size and he is doubled over in the bathroomwith fowel smelling gastro . he says he can taste poison and smells it everywhere. says it smells like old people, flyspray -ish..he wnt go to dr and has been like this for about a week now
Could be due to poisoning.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you have described are suggestive of poisoning. The causative agent is difficult to guess without the proper blood tests.
He is seriously ill and needs an immediate medical attention.
You need to rush him to an ER as soon as possible as he could possibly be in a shock.
Do not delay and get him examined for proper and early treatment.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
